You may return your Mahj charm kits within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked.
To be eligible, your return must be initiated within 30 days from the date your winning charms and bracelets were delivered to you or your designated recipient.
To start a return, simply notify our team with a clear message expressing your desire to send back your kit.

We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned jewelry. Your original payment method will be credited, and no hidden restocking fees will be applied to your beautifully crafted charm sets.
Return Conditions:
To ensure your charm credits are refunded, please make sure that:
Kits were bought in the last 30 days
Charms are in their original boxes
The following cannot be returned:
Custom-engraved charms or personalized game night bracelets made specifically for you.
Items that cannot be resold due to damage incurred during your game night celebrations.
Jewelry that has been worn or unsealed, rendering it ineligible for return due to standard hygiene protocols.
Individual charms that have been permanently attached or mixed inextricably with other personal jewelry.
We reserve the right to decline returns of any Mahj jewelry or charm kits that do not meet these elegant standards.
Sending Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please send your Mahj charm kits securely to the following address:

We are not liable for charms lost during return transit. We highly recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service. Refunds are only issued upon actual receipt of the bracelets and charms, or verifiable proof of return delivery.
Gifts:
If the charm kit was a gift shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the return value. Once the elegant pieces are received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed for your next game night.
If the jewelry wasn't marked as a gift, or the buyer had it shipped to themselves first, we will issue the refund directly to the original purchaser of the game kit.
